Senior Marketing Associate
Job Description
We are hiring a Senior Marketing Associate to lead brand, content, and communications strategy end-to-end. This is a high ownership role where you will be anchoring marketing and communications for India’s Most-Trusted Trade Credit Infrastructure.

What you'll do
Website + AEO & GEO
- Work closely with agencies, own on-page and off-page SEO + LLM strategy to drive organic traffic growth and first-page rankings for target keywords across products
- Optimise website content and UX to convert visitors into leads, driving inbound MQLs through high-impact content tailored for banks, MSMEs, and corporates
Content Marketing
- Produce a high volume of sharp, interesting content, blogs, articles, and whitepapers - in close collaboration with sales and product teams
- Build content that supports the full B2B marketing funnel
Email Marketing
- Manage email campaigns across multiple audience segments for a diverse product range
- Leverage email marketing tools and analytics to continuously experiment, A/B test, and optimise content
Social Media
- Drive LinkedIn community growth with focus on relevant, high-quality content catering to relevant audiences
- Devise a social media marketing strategy and manage Instagram and YouTube with a mix of product content, reels, how-to videos, webinars, and podcasts
PR & Thought Leadership
- Make us famous with out-of-the box PR initiatives - including media relationships, press coverage, and industry visibility
- Represent the brand through award entries and top-quality thought leadership
Internal Communications
- Drive internal comms across the organisation through cultural events, CSR initiatives, and onboarding collateral for new joiners like you
- Create campaigns that keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned
Events
- Showcase Vayana’s Credit Intelligence to Liquidity for Supply Chains with superior experiential marketing concepts to get the right audience and conversations going
- Coordinate on multi-format events and manage end-to-end execution
Product Marketing
- Work closely with our B2B payments team to understand the product deeply and translate that into compelling marketing material, through targeted social media posts and emailers to source and nurture leads
- Develop sales enablers that help the BD team to pitch and close effectively
You are an ideal candidate if you have
- 5 to 7 years of work experience in FinTech or BFSI segment
- Previous experience with ad agencies, will be an added advantage. Not mandatory
- High ownership mindset, you take responsibility, follow through, and get things done
- Attention to detail, do the small things right without losing the big picture
- Strong written & communication skills across formats, long-form and short-form content, emailers, social copy, and internal comms
- Knack for building meaningful content from data – mine those insights
- The ability to think like a critic and connect the dots
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders - from leadership team to agencies and cross-functional teams
- The appetite to thrive in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment - shift gears without losing quality
